I contacted your company directly asking if you guys were looking into making stainless stell clutch lines for the gen 2tC. I never heard anything back.

 

I think this guy is full of **** I searched called and haven't found anything I'm looking for a set of SS braided brake lines for my 11'.

 

FYI, this is not my company and i don't think they make SS clutch lines for our car.

So these are the facts based on the conversation I had with Agency Power today. Yes they made SS lines for our tC2 but only one wet was made for ONE customer. They decided to not mass produce it. I inquired about if the SS brake lines are interchangeable between the tC1 and the tC2. The guy told me absolutely not. This is very disappointing because I only spent $135 shipped for all brake and clutch ss lines for my 2009 tC1. I hope that puts all questions to rest. Although disappointed I'm glad I know the answer now.

This is Johnny with Tuner Ready, an Authorized Master Distributor of Agency Power. Fattygen requested for a group buy on these lines and it was approved by me personally. Originally the group buy was suppose to be for 2 weeks only in the beginning of 2014. Fatty asked for an extension which I also gave the okay on. He emailed me because he said SL members thinks his post is BS. I am posting to verify that is legit. However, we are low on TC2 lines due to overwhelming demand (without AP website updating on TC2 lines).


To Whoever mentioned that they called AP or Tuner Ready and didn't receive a response. Right now is race season + tax return season so majority of all parts distributors and parts manufacturer are getting extremely high call volumes. If you don't get a call back then please send an email.

Please understand that I'm not trying to sabotage or ruin anything for you. This has been a frustrating venture for the past two years. I called AP twice and the last time was told they only made one custom set for a customer with a tC2. Now you have to understand that I took that as fact. I'm not going to just simply assume that the companies rep. is misinforming me. It sucks how much less attention the second generation tC has gotten compared to the first generation and FRS. Good luck. I have decided to just order factory lines and have them used as a guide to have a custom set made especially since I'm more after a clutch line. Although pricier I don't have to worry about getting parts for the wrong application.
