Nice choice in wheels. Not sure how you can achieve a "stretched" look on a 7" wheel or how you can maintain equal tire diameters front and rear tyring to do that.
I was going to do the staggered fitment as well but was going to use a 225/50 out back on the 8" wheel and 185/60 in front on the 7" just to keep the ABS and TRAC control issues to a minimum. With the crazy offset in the rear I fabbed up some cardboard templates to attach to the tires to show how much they would stick out the wheel well and decided against the 8" in the rear.
Instead I'm going 15X7 all around with 195/60s on the silver X Racers.

You may want to look at 185/55R15. Those will stretch, but it will be 0.3" taller than the rears.

honestly being stretched and slammed i go through tires before i need to worry about rotating them, and at 300 a set it doesn't really bother me that much

i just need to sell a car so i can get my flares, tires, spacers, camber kit and air ride installed..........then.........................EPIC GANGSTERDOM!!!!!!!
