Default rim and tire problem

well i just recently had lowering springs put on my car.. then the day after i had my kdw 2 tires mounted and balanced on my 18 inch rims.. They said the rims were slightly worped and said on the machine when they spun it it had a little bit of up and down play to it.. I mean it rides good and all but at like 75-90 the steering wheel will slightly shake and when hard braking itll shake too.. It also pulls to the right just slightly.. So is there anyhing wrong and can i fix it cus ive had the rims for a while just wasnt with my car so now i cant try for a refund.. I mean to the eye they dont look bent at all.. What yall think.. and also the tires call for 50psi but can i run 35-40 like usual for the better traction and grip?? thanks

I would take it to a Hunter GSP9700 roadforce balancing machine. It will tell you if the wheel is out of round or if the tire is. You can find one local to you by going to www.gsp9700.com.

Good suggestion. Are you also running hubcentric rings with those rims? If not that may help some with the unwanted vibes. Good luck.
