if im right i think i know what you're talking about...

do u have a cai or sri? if you have a cai you'll see a bolt there DONT use that for a ground. there will be another bolt to the left of the cai by itself. just unscrew it and hook the ground up and screw it back on.

does that help lol?

you connect the positive wire to the battery.

or did i miss something?

unless you want to wire it up this way....

battery-> positive wire-> switch-> negative wire from switch ->positive wire of foglight. from foglight: negative wire ->ground.

His seem like they aren't VRD or OEM fog lights. They are just off the shelf.

If you have to wire it up to the battery it isn't plug - n - play. My VRD's just plugged into an already existing foglight harness that comes with our car, and a ground on one side if I recall.

Then the switch just plugged into another harness in the dash, and voila it worked. I might've missed something but it was a long time ago.

But like I said i'm assuming athlete3232 doesn't have VRD's or OEM add-on fogs.

the circle in the bottom right is to the battery + and -. The other two are weird. it's next to the switch, which is too far from the battery to conenct there. the only thing I can think of, is if it's a lighted switch, and those wires are to make it light up.

yes, well the positive one anyways. or you can run a small wire from a distrobution block if you've got one from your system. But your most likely puting the switch near the console, so just run a 14ga wire through the firewall and be done. The ground can just use a bolt near the mounting area.
