Adjustable Shocks?

Does anyone make adjustable shocks for the xB? I have the TRD shocks and springs and its just too stiff, I wanna get adjustable shocks so I can soften the ride a little bit. Any help would be great!

kyb agx's are the cheapest out there , i believe they have em for echo so should fit.
