Default I need tire reassurance pls

Hey guys, sorry for another topic but I'm kinda lost now. I wanted to get myself a set without posting yet another thread, did the search, learned a little and ordered Axis Oldskool with 195-50-15 Falken Ziex-912. I read that most ppl went with this size for a little stretch and look and most ppl went with this brand of tire.
Now I get email from 1010tires like this:
Thank you for placing an order with 1010. There are a few issues we need to address. First, we cannot mount a 195/50R15 tire on an 8" wide wheel. The tire is not approved for a rim that wide and we cannot accept liability for mounting it. Second, The 195/50R15 tire is a shorter tire than what we recommend for the Scion, and isn't load rated properly for the vehicle. We can still sell you the product if you wish, but we would have to ship you the wheels and tires seperately and would accept no responsibility for fitment issues. Lastly, the wheels would take about two weeks to arrive to us from Axis, and another week or so to ship to you. If none of this is satisfactory to you, we can regretfully cancel the order. Please reply to this email and let us know how you would like to proceed.

So I canceled the tires and will just get them bought/mounted at a local shop, but now they got me worrying, that maybe the size or the tire model is not right.
I need some reassurance here
