Default 4 link suspension

ok so i figure im going to go all the way with my airride. iv started and i cant stop .
for the front suspension im going to have a shop move the front towers up but for the rear i just have not found enough info on a 4 link system for the xb. i understand how it technically works, like on a jeep or something, but i just dont understand how it fits on to an xb...
could someone enlighten me on that. and i do have welding experience but that about all iv never done a 4 link should i just take it to a shop?

Why? just have whatever shop is doing your front, do the opposite to the rear, lower the bottom shock and spring mounting places...

worked great for me. I maxed out the articulation of the Ibeam though I was still sitting on the pinch welds...
