Not sure of the wheels, but that's Ken's box, NCP31 is his screenname.
I believe they were custom painted that color. i was going to do this color on my Camo until i found my current wheels, then I changed my plan.

Those wheels belong to Ken (NCP31). He got those from a friend who had them on a Miata. Theyb were originally silver, but he custom mixed that color and had them painted.
They are 17 inch Black Racing wheels. Sort of old school JDM stuff.
I took that picture just down the street from Super Autobacs on the way home from Exposed, practically a year ago.

actually I think ken's wheels are the black racing phantom knockoffs. I forgot who the manufacturer of the knockoffs is though. The one sure fire way to tell the difference between the real phantoms and the copies are in the bolt pattern. The knock-offs had a dual bolt pattern drilled into the centers, whereas the phantoms had only one set of bolt holes in them. The real phantoms also were only available up to 16"... if I remember correctly, they didn't release the 17s till almost towards the end of the model run, and I don't think they ever brought any over here
I'm not actually sure if they're real Black Racing rims or knockoffs. They don't have Black Racing stamped anywhere, but "JAPAN" is stamped on the inside of the center. They are 17x7.5 about 40-42 offset. I really had no idea what they were until one day someone told me they were Black Racing rims. From what remember, Black Racing used to make copies of other popular japanese rims like Watanabe.
Whatever. They were free, other than what I paid my friend to straighten and paint them. (2 different gold, 1 bronze, a little flake and clear)
