Default s/c belt slipping? i have the solution ..

ive been haveing problem ever since i installed a 9.5 -12. or a 14.0 lb pulley, with belt slipping. belts are ether to tight or to loose.at first any new belt work fine but after a while they expand and belt starts to slip. so i ended up makeing a idler pulley that allows you to use your old bearing. could be used with any s/c pulley. once i replaced the old idler pulley with my updated pulley. belt stop slipping even with old belts. no matter what rpm from 1000 to 7000 rpm. i posted pics. cost . well the most expensive part was hard Anodizeing the pulley. ill post prices with and with out Anodizeing pulley later.. thanks .

You'll need to become a forum sponsor if you actually want to sell parts (beyond what would be considered a "one off" classified sale).

If you aren't an actual commercial entity and just want to make a few parts yourself to help the community - contact Tomas about becoming a "Trader" if it is still an option. Otherwise, you'd need to contact Internet Brands about advertising: http://www.internetbrands.com/autonetwork
