I did a search on the forums and couldn't really find what I was looking for. I'm currently on stock steel wheels and want to upgrade my tire size. When my car was lowered I was running 195/50/15 and now that I put it back to stock I want to fill in the gap and also would like to know how big can I go before rubbing.

The ideal tire size I would like to go is 205/60 or 65

What do you guys think?

 

Id go with a 30X9.50/15, but that is just me!

Really... Ive had a 215/65 on it before and dont remember rubbing anything

 

195/60-15 or 185/65-15

 

Right, I just put 195/60s on my steelies and love the added height. It also makes the speedo right on now. Falken 912s can be had for about 250 a set. Nice riding tire for the money.
