Default difference between xa and xb trd shocks and struts

I found a good deal on new trd springs for first gen xb but checked the part numbers and found the xa and xb are 1 number apart and xb's are much cheaper than xa's, anyone know the difference and if the xb's will fit the xa

the XA has a lighter spring rate, you won't be happy with them on an XB

Mounting wise, there is no difference. Spring rates however are very different.

Not sure about that one roak. There might be a difference when it comes to rebound resistance and intert dampening. The xB shocks/struts may have a little more resistance both ways causing the ride to feel rough on an xA. Without the solid numbers on the two different shocks/struts, I can't be certain.

They might be different, but they will fit. I have the Springs/Struts/Shocks from My xB on my xA and it is fine, not as low, but there are reasons for that.
