Default rear suspension noise?

When I get in or get out of the car I would hear the suspension making squeaky noise in the rear. Is this normal on the xB or is there something wrong with it? It also happen if I jacking up/lowering down the car.

it is not out of the ordinary. are you on stock or aftermarket springs. jacking the car up will make them squeak for sure

well mine does that and so does my friends echo.... i found it to be the parking break... when you sit in or get out of the box, the suspention raises up, and w/ the rear end having a swingarm style to it, when the suspention goes up or down, it will almost push the rear wheels, causing the the Pbrake to slip or chatter slightly in the drum (kinda like if your on a hill stopped and have the break in, slowly let it out, you can make the breaks chatter at VERY slow speeds) Try getting out/in/jumping what not w/ the Pbrake down, it will go away.... i dont like it, almost make the car sound cheap or POS like.... but to solve, either dont use the Pbrake, or pull it up higher.....

Sounds like a possible bushing noise. They make a greese for this...
Take a look under there to be sure nothing is loose.. otherwise nothing to be concerned about.
