Default When to replace TRD springs..

I my 07' Xa is about to hit 31k and i'm thinking its time to replace the shocks?? or is it too soon? The streets of Boston are brutal on the suspension. I've had the TRD springs since about 7k.
I'm thinking of going with TRD shocks. I wanted an opinion on whether you think to just use the TRD springs I have now or buy a new set?

There is no swaying when braking, on bumps though its like ugh it hurts!

cost comes out like this:
TRD Shocks $225, springs $100, aligment $70, plus intall which hopefully I can get a SL memeber to help me out with and I can pay with cash or cuban cooking!

any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated!

do you think that when it is time to replace them I should get new springs too? or do springs last longer?
for the shocks should I wait till like 50K?

the springs should be fine. just change the shocks when they blow, or when u notice the ride isnt as comfortable. they should last a while

Unless the springs are cracked/broken or if you notice the car sagging the springs don't need replacing.

Shock/strut interval is usually 50K. If the ride still seems fine I wouldn't worry about them. Be aware the TRD shocks are goign to make the ride stiffer.
