Default Can I be directed to the energy suspension bushing post with all the part numbers

I will be putting new koni struts and shocks on all four corners of my 2006 xB. I would like to replace everything I can with energy suspension bushings.

The goal I'm looking for is a better smoother ride. I've heard that the energy suspension bushings will hold up better over time. And that the stock rubber bushing wear and are part of the reason for a rough ride.

Is there link or post someone has made with all of the information to go out and purchase the correct bushings. I take it these aren't specifically for the xB or listed that way, but the fit.

Thanks.

Default ...O.K.....

Read this link first. Several D.I.Y. instructions and part numbers.
