Tein S Tech or Tanabe DF210?
I am considering getting one of those springs but eventually upgrading to coilovers but for now these will do. What do you think i should get for 17x8 rims probably 215/45 or 215/40 tires still deciding. Well let me know and why u picked them.
Thanks

I say go with the Tanabe DF210 springs. I like them a lot on my xA. Nice drop, top notch quality from a good brand. Tein is too a very good company, can't go wrong either way. Btw, do you drive an xB or xA?
Haven't tried the Tanabes, but the Teins have a bit more sporty look. Low, but not slammed. I would use this as your gauge. They are both good springs with similar spring rates. If you go with the 215/45/17 tires, you may be better off with the Teins because of the larger tire. I have that tire with the Teins and there is a very small rub on the inside of the front fender well while making slow, tight turns. This could be corrected with either spring set, but there should be less to worry about with the Teins.
my teins dont rub on my 18's...and the spring rate is soft enough for the stock shocks....just make sure to cut the rubber stops according to the directions so as to not lose as much travel in your suspension...the ride is very nice....i drive it up and down highway 5 and the handling is great
the tanabe springs have a higher spring rate making them a harsher riding spring....so if your going for ride quality get tein
