Default xB Coilover data (70% Complete) Updated 3-1-06 FINALLY

Hey people, I think this deserves to be a sticky and I will update it until its complete but I was working on this for an hour or so today and now its complete. I was too lazy to format it into regular text but if you want the Excel spreadsheet, PM me and I will send it.

If you could fill in the green spaces that would be great, just post the data and I will add it on. As of right now all that data is pulled off of the manufacturer websites. Except the "Dampening adjustment," I winged it on those values. Hopefully theyre all correct or just let me know and I will change them

Here it is...

I'm not entirely sure of the following info, so you might wanna double-check:

Tein Basics - according to SciFly, the new front spring rate is 4kg/mm

Tein SS - I thought they didn't go as low as the Basics

Blitz - I have these. I can't verify the exact specs because it's not written anywhere. But I was told they are 3.8 in front and 3.2 in rear. I am at the lowest setting, but I haven't measured it.

As for the Tein Basics, they have 4kg/mm listed for the xA but under the xB they are the ones I posted. I'm not sure whether they changed the spring rates for the xB but I will give Tein a call tommorow to verify.
For the Tein SS, those are the website posted values but I will do the same and verify them with Tein tommorow
For Blitz I sent them an email asking them for specs so I will update if need be.
The same goes for JIC Magic, i sent them an email today and asked them for specs.
Hopefully they will all reply soon.

Oops, I was looking at the Tein SS with Pillowball Uppermounts - I guess those don't go as low.

Just from doing the research on these coilovers I haven't come across any specs. such as stoke adjustability. I have read that some people have had the stroke changed around on their coilovers but that would be done at the manufacturer, not in your garage. I'm also assuming that most of these coilovers are from reputable companies so taking it to them to change the stroke wouldn’t be a problem. I could add another column for stroke adjustability but I would need data for all those coilovers. My $.02
