I know that the recommended size is 225/40-18. With the increase in sidewall height of the 225/45-18, will the setup look goofy? How large will be the increase in diameter of the 225/45-18 setup vs. the 225/40-18 setup? How much taller is the sidewall of the 225/45-18 than the 225/40-18?
