I was just curious if anyone had these headlights on their xb or if someone has pics of these I wanted to see how they look and how the lighting on them looks

I'm curious as well. If anyone knows of a "better" light kit, that too would be helpful. I saw many different kits on ebay.

Don't put HID bulbs in a non-HID projector or reflector type housing. I have hard enough time seeing during the daytime, I don't need someone mucking up the night time visibility as well.

i have HIDs in my mustang, but when i put em in, i re-aimed the headlights so i wouldn't be blinding everybody.

Im tired of people on ebay using "JDM" as a catch word. Kinda like the way people use "rare!" on ebay...

I have a set of 7000k HIDs in my stock headlight housings on my xb, and they look good IMO. Like the other post said tho, I did aim them a little lower to keep from blinding oncoming traffic.

I have these lights but they are not installed yet as I am going to color match the housing to the box. I got mine from ScionSport.com

The lights themselves are made of glass & are fully adjustable. The frame that the lights sit in & that bolt to the car is made of metal. They are good quality IMO !!! Much better than my current Black Projector Halos.

Yes those are replica's of the real JDM version of that light which runs anywhere inbetween $600.00 to $1,000.00 The real company is Ichiko & yes I agree they use the JDM term way too losely on Ebay.

The real JDM ones the lights are swapped vs. ours. The highbeam with the built in city light is on the outside twords the fender & the low beam is closer to the grille. The US fakes are the opposite.

Here is a link for another member on here who has installed pics. Hope this helped

Putting HID lights in a housing that is not DOT approved for HID lights is not a good idea. Even if you aim the lights down it's still blinding for many drivers due to the radical patterns they produce. If you really want HID lights, get HID projectors as well and retrofit.
