So I'm looking at exhaust tips to look better than the factory tip on the 06 3.0 release. It's pretty small and doesn't really fill the opening well.

I've been looking at these Borlas that I like:

From what I know, these basically just clamp around the stock tip or whatever right? Pretty simple, easy DIY install?

Anyone else have aftermarket tips on their factory exhaust? Let's take a peek...

3A Racing exhaust tip from your friendly neigborhood Pep Boys, around $28. Just have to pry off the stock tip first. EZ.

I don't want the whole exhaust...just a tip.

The stock exhaust is fine. I just want to improve the looks. To me, any of the aftermarket mufflers on this engine sound like a John Deere.

 

Must be some SWEET sounding John Deere's in No. Carolina!!!

 

Maybe that's why the new release series is green.

 

Their HQ is about 20 minutes away...
