awesome Xa suspension setup
First change to polyuathane energy suspension bushings on the front sway bar the inners and the end links can be changed easily all you have to do is cut the spacer in half to prevent binding. Then i used TRD lowering springs awesome springs I tried three other sets of springs prior and the cold rolled steel is far superior in my opinion. Then I installed toyota echo kyb performance struts all four cost me 100 dollars. Then I installed the hotchkis upper strut tower brace and fabricated a rear brace from aluminum plate though the rear upper I think doesn't do much good. then I went a whole diffrent route on the rear sway bar I fabricated my own rear sway bar from 1 inch around cold rolled steel following the track of the factory bar and welded it underneath the subframe keeping the factory bar intact. My Xa will stick the corners like glue with factory rims and tires I have taken turns rated at 30mph at 97mph and have not even made a sound from the tires. keep in mind I have my tires infalted to the maximum recomended pressure as well. I couldn't be happier with this setup and I think the suspension is stronger than my guts in the turns. rear sway bar fabrication cost me 30 dollars and I honestly believe it is way stronger than anything available it is so easy to fabricate your own bar all you need is a little knowledge a torch, vise, welder, measuring tape, saw zaw,and some muscle and about an hour of your time.

I appreciate concern for safety keep in mind I have parts on that aren't available yet to general public. like polyurathane master kit from energy. I appreciate concern for safety but I've been to four race schools before moving to U.S I know how to drive and where I go driving there is virtually no traffic back roads. yes teh cars are light but I am that confident in my suspension work and driving skills especially my custom desighned rear sway I will post pics soon so people can see. I make them 1 inch cold rolled steel. I didn't incorporate polyurathane in my rear sway just like they didn't from the factory I think it is a weak link. I just very pleased with suspension setup look forward to some SCCA times soon. I get pics up soon for u to see give you idea for your sway bar. or i can fabricate you one
Go, brother, go!
I want to see more xAs in competition.
If our cars can win at slalom and track, we will finally get aftermarket parts, recognition, and respect.
What other mods do you have?

well I don't know if the progress sway bar is one inch around cold rolled steel or not but i definently didn't copy anybody elses work. that a serious alegation I spent total of 30 dollars on my rear sway bar I haven't seen there's but read some threads that there pretty expensive. I would say they must have a huge profit margin because it is very easy to make a addon rear sway for the car. I am going to post pics soon I am waighting until monday when my TRD ist header arrives from japan I want to post pictures of that so people can see a super high quality header. that actually adds bottom end tourque as well as mid range and top end horsepower the oonly thing with the header is you have to plug the O2 sensor hole because in japan the ist has an O2 in the header and here we don't. I will soon import all the underbraces that aren't made or available here and most likely a yaris supercharger which will bolt right on. you can't get that here either. I fully plan on posting pics and don't mind helping nice people aquire parts from japan either that you cannot get here and will never be able to get here. I'm here to help and enjoy the scion community make better. long as people are enjoyable i help anyway i can just wanted to post my experience with suspension so far thought it might help somone.
front sway bar was tough took two people end links were worth it though I just bought the kit then changed to four inch 3/8 bolts and cut the one inch pacer in half. I have seen soem people not use a spacer you really shouldn't do it just because of the possobility of binding but there again it's kinda like using spring compressors it's an extra safety precaution and just doing it right. I still feel the four inch bolts are two long they were too close to the axel and if you put them in the other way they hang down and look ugly so we just used a saw zaw and cut the top of the bolt down once it was tightened all the way if I ever have to change them I'll just change the bolts but I wanted it to look clean. and not be close to the axel boot at all the center bushings were harder than the endlinks took alot of timem seems like things on the ist take alot of time.
header arrived pics will be taken asap and posted I'm deciding wether to ebay my first one make some money buy another one. or keep this one and install I dunno found plug easily but holes were not changed and must drill and tap for sure defiently high quality stainles header though.
i race my xA all the time along with another 5 or 6 guys on this website. And let me tell you that on the track with the right suspension components and the correct amount of NUTS you can dirve this car to the edge. I have just about every single suspension component that is old for the xA and i make a killing on the track. If i had videos i would post them but maybe for the next time around. Not only are they killers at the track but it is also very very very fun to drive, i dont know why, they just are. More power to you keep on doing those upgrades, but PLEASE OH PLEASE, post some pictures.

Im running:
1.) koni adjustables
2.) tein s-techs
3.) progress rear sway
4.) TRD rear frame brace
5.) GT spec front frame brace
6.) DC Sports strut bar
7.) I/H/E combination
8.) Good brakes (pads, lines, fluid)
9.) Sticky tires (RA-1, 15x7")
I live in Puerto Rico and the track i compete in is normally used for karting (racing go-karts), its a really small track so ir proves to be very good for short wheel base cars like mine. Considering i can stay in the top 5 when everything im running against either has a V6 or forced induction, im doing pretty well. I guess thats the advantage of not having a long straight away. If you have any question as where to get these parts or how they work just keep on asking...

Taking a 30mph turn at 97 MPH is possibly the stupidest and most embarrassing show of testosterone I've ever heard of. Maybe sticking one's head in an alligator's mouth is sillier...not sure.
Did you wear a seatbelt?
I believe in natural selection.
