Default Tire help...

Im looking at getting these rims...17

What tire would anyone suggest, also is there going to be any rubbing or other work Im going to haev to do to get these to fit? Thanks in advance!

I would say 215/40r17's and you should have no problems whatsoever with rubbing?

Are you lowered? If not you will want to be after you put them on.

No problem, if you deiced to lower it I would suggest Goldlines or Tanabe DF210's. The Goldlines lower it 2" and the Tanabe's are a little bit more.

The tires I suggested are considered low profile, but not as low profile as you would have to go if you went with 18's or above.

I agree with FrankenScion...I have 17x7's in a 40 offest...I run a 215/40/17 and lowered 2" with the Gold-Lines and DO NOT rub, never have...With your 42 offest, you may want to buy 5mm spacers for the rears to bring the tire out towards the fender a little bit...
