Default MA dealer recommendations?

I've just moved from the North Shore where I bought two xBs from Atlantic Scion. No complaints.

But I've moved out to central Mass, and its about 70 miles to go back to them. Locally I have Norm Wagner Scion and Harr Scion in Worcester.

Any recommendations? I need to get my first service done on my box, it's about 2500 miles over it's 3000 mile service and the maintenance light is on

Both of those are about 20 miles away, is it worth the drive for the dealer service, or should I just pay up and go to Midas around the corner and pay for it?

you have 3 free oil changes from Scion, right? Use them first, you've already paid for those!! The fee is hidden in that thing we call a car payment

It's just so damned difficult to get to those places

When I moved I took on a 65 mile commute, so if the Midas oil change, which isn't that expensive, is good enough for this, then it's a quicker solution than driving out there

Nothing wrong with going to another service center. I get most of my work done at a local full service shop, I've been going there for years, they have worked on my last 4 vehicles. Always have been honest, fair and stand behind their work. And they are taking a personal interest in the tC, even discussing rims and tires with some kinda sponsorship, we'll see. Yesterday it took them 15 minutes to swap out the stock drive pulley for a light weight, and didn't charge.

Who knows, you might meet some cool ppl at Midas.

I think thats my best bet then, heading to the local Midas and have them do it. Thanks for the advice.

I ended up going to Harr Scion, they were pretty good.

i had my last oil change done at norm wagner.. its a nice place. last time i went to get some coolant and the parts department was closed so the scion manager hooked me up. He gave the coolant for free in exchange for a ride in my care cause its the first turbo tc he has seen.

Where exactly in central MA are you, if Harr in Worcester is 20 miles away? I bought my tC at Herb Chambers on rt 20 in Auburn - had my 3 free oil changes done there, no problem.

Uhhh, well then, I was of no help. When you said central Mass, I assumed closer to Worcester. Templeton???? Hell, you're closer to Canada than Worcester! (j/k)

I like Herb Chambers in Auburn. I got two of my free oil changes there, plus the visor recall. Nice place, nice people, good service.

Herb Chambers is where I bought my tC. Very professional people. You can tell they've been doing it for a while.
