Default Some Simple Mathmatics

THIS

PLUS THIS (DF210s)

EQUALS THIS

Here are a few more shots...I didn't take any before or after measurements. It was super easy to do...it even rained to keep me cool. It was a fun process. Also in the process my uncle managed to knock over one of my rims, twice. And like bread, it always falls face down...

Also i just got some vinyl lettering...and my USMC license plate OOH-RAH!

BTW, how do i know if i really need an alingment? I know i should get one, but it dosen't pull any different than before.

Very very nice! I like the wheels a lot. They compliment the box quite well.

you won't need an alignment from doing springs.

the toe will only be off if you don't know how to install the springs correctly.

hey it looks straight if you tilt your head...

PLUS if you ever get pulled over and the cop asks you out for a roadside, you can sy, "hey man, I'm just fine - see that lettering? yep, it's crooked."

I think its a good rule of thumb to get aligned after ANY suspension work. Also, if you look at the rear geometry, there will definitely be a bit of neg camber from the drop...BUT...I really don't want to be the one to argue with DghotLava, who's spent more time here than me.

any kind of suspension work needs to have an alignment afterwards. by lowering the car you are changing all sorts of angles. just pony up the 70bucks and get it done. By the way, the wheels look awesome on your car

I wonder if they are gonna drop anymore, those pics are the same and next day. I think i do need an alignment, because when i'm going straight, the steering wheel is to the right slightly. I mean if you think about it you do need to get it done because you are taking apart the strut and the knuckle.

I had mine checked a little after I dropped it, didnt need an alignment. Might need to get it checked again with all these pot holes and road construction

it is a good rule...but if you go by this rule, you should also get an alignment every time you change rims/tires. as differnt aspect ratios will change camber.

and i will bet you that your toe was off before you did the springs. did you check before and after ?

but if you can tell me how in the world you will get neg camber on our torsion beam rear suspension from a spring change, i'll listen to you.

you might get some neg camber on the front, but def. not the rear from doing this.

and if you insist, tell me how to correct it. cause from what i have seen, there are no adjustments on the rear for this.

On the front, unless you undid the control arm and/or the tie rod end..they will be fine, and the top of the strut has centering bolts on them. no worrys.
