yeah, i'm leaning towards springs, just want to make sure the stress it puts on the stock shocks will be okay in the long haul.

When you unleash those 92 horses of power to the road, your gonna need some finely tuned coilover technology to handle the sheer power that will shoot you through those tight corners, man!!!! This is a finely tuned piece of racing technology! You don't want to chance losing it, because you skimped on your suspension, do you?!!

Seriously, save about $1000. Get springs.
If I may recommend- I have the Tanabe df210s. Rides nice, and a 2"+ drop. They make me very happy.

if you commute though, the ride quality will be noticably bumpier with the springs and may wear n you.

I bump along 90 miles a day on Tein S Techs and do not mind the ride. I guess if money was no object I would get some good coil overs--but I am happy with the springs.

Want better handling = Get H&R Race springs or Megan Racing springs.. They're both stiffer then the comfort springs.

Want comfort = Tanabe DF or NF series, Progress springs, RS-R Springs, HKS Springs, or Tein S or H-Tech.

For the money and what you get I say got with the springs. I'm a huge fan of coilovers but there are alot of springs out there that make the xB sit right. I like the Hotchkis springs myself and yes I'm a little bias because we sell them. lol But I have a few friends with them and they love the ride and the drop. Just my $.02.

i think i'll go ahead and get springs. and if the money is right sooner or later, i'll upgrade to coilovers hehe...

p.s. a little off topic, but do you have the xB foglights and trd exhaust for the xb in stock and ready for shipment?
