hey,

i remember seeing a thread that has all of the spring drops and stuff..but i cant seem to find that thread again. Anyhow, i just drop my car today and the rear is scratching REALLY BAD! I got the Tein S-tech, and the rear seems to be alot lower than the front. Is it suppose to be like that?

Anyhow, what is the highest drop spring for the xB as far as rear goes? Please let me know. I need to change them quick before my kit breaks off. here are some pics.

2 things:

1. Make sure they are real S-Techs. There have been some fakes showing up lately. Tein's website shows you what to look for.

2. Give it a few days to see if the fronts settle some.

 

i think the springs that give the least amount of drop is the TRD's They are only 1"

 

These are the real Tein. I might have to get the TRD springs then..how much are they?

Your rubbing probably cause you haven't rolled your fenders. You should do that to avoid the rubbing. BUt to answer your question. TRD isn't the highest lowering spring. Swift springs are the highest rated lowering spring. The front is a 1.06 inch drop and the rear is a .79 inch drop.

 

So what is the purpose of a drop then? Don't make sense to me. Go big or go home!
The rubbing may be the fender lining. try taking that out first, cuz ur not even close to pulling ur kit off.
