anyone running an XA lowered w/ after market springs w/stock shocks??? hows the ride??

 

TANABE DF210s and loving it!! 2" drop F 1.8" drop R so the manufacturer says.. not quite there yet as they haven't had time to settle... for a 2" drop the ride quality is amazing... a little bouncy but not bad at all.. I like the increased road feel...

around 2" is what it looks like. still has some wicked wheel gap though

 

i know.. my car's got some wheelgap still as u can see....but still waiting for them to settle... also the back looks lower than the front.. maybe becaue i have a 12" sub box back there =(

I have the TRD springs on stock shocks. The ride is a rough but I'm also riding on 17" wheels. I do plan to switch to Tein coilovers in a few months for a lower drop and better handling. The springs are good for a cheap mod but go with coilovers if you can afford it.

 

Right now I have Eibach Sportline springs. 2" drop front and rear. I want to go lower but the only thing to go lower then what I have right now is air suspension. I might be going lower next year.
