Default Halos with HID?

Are there any halos that can use HID lights? I like bbist lights but, was told I can't use HIDs with them. Or are there any other options?

any headlight housing will work with HIDs, just get the housing that you like, then order the HIDs to match.

IDK why anyone would say that. Maybe they thought that you would be using a H4 kit, which wouldn't fit, Halagon or HIDs.

Just tell Steve or whoever that you'll be getting the HIDs to match the housings.

u shouldnt have problems with HID's and projectors. the hid's burn cooler than the halogens.

I have Anzo projectors as well with HIDs close to 2 years now with out any problems.

The only issue with the Anzo is that when you turn on the "high beams" (the ones on the Anzo) is that the HIDs begin to flicker. There are 3 other xBs here in SoCal with the same set up with the same problems. But with HIDs you don't really need to use high beams since the light source is bright enough.

By the way, I am parting out my xB and the Anzo (black) headlights and the McCullough HID kit will be up for sale soon.

I've seen the stock headlights with HID's.

But, I guess what I'm getting is that so far no one has done this successfully with something other than eBay or flickering high beams...........

Here are some quick pictures that I took this afternoon.

Sorry if they did not come out too clear as I was in a hurry.

Anzo Headlights with McCullogh HIDs ( I forgot what spectrum I got but they are bright white)

Here is what they look like reflecting on my brown garage door. These was taken in the afternoon. I am sure it would have been much brighter if I took the picture when it is darker outside.

I'll be putting them up for sale soon.

Please check the classified here as well as the Private Party ads on www.scionevolution.org

Happy New Years to all...
