Ok, I'm about to get these SportMax 001 (http://www.edgeracing.com/images/wheel/sportmax_001_(gloss_black_pf)_angle_zoom.jpg) rims..and in the package it shows different tires and what not that "fit" Scion xB's..but every website seems to show me different sizes..would Nankang NS-II Ultra Sport (215/35R18 84H)'s work..or what would be good?

 

That size is perfect, but for the love of God please do not get Nankangs.

If you want a good cheap tire go with Kumho.

I got Nitto's for a little more at 270 shipped for my 17's!

 

215/35/18 is what every body else is using on there 18's

 

I would 3rd the 215/35/18 size. It fits without any issues and is a common size so it wont kill the bank account.

Falken Ziex 512 is an excellent tire choice for a great price...

 

+1 for 215/25
+1 for anything but nankraps

 

Exactly what I was going to post. I ran 215/35/18 Falken Ziex 512s; great setup.

I also owned a set of Nankang tires at one point. They were really cheap, and harder than rocks. Horrible tires. They were scary to drive in the rain.

 

yes definitely go 215/35/18.
you MIGHT even be able to get away with 215/45/18, but that's cutting it close.

as for brand, if you want relatively inexpensive, falkens, kumhos, and toyos are good ways to go.
if price isn't as much of a concern, pirelli pzero neros or michelin pilot sports will be awesome.

 

i've run nothing but the toyo proxes 4s on my last 5 cars. everything from a 195-50-15 on my civic up to 235-55-20 on my lowrider truck. no complaints.

on my box i'm running the 215-35-18s.

 

I just got my 215/35/18 couple days ago...... and it's pretty cheap (319 ship) the brand is nexxen 3000.....
