Hmmmmmm... Very strange - that one was totally invisible on the mod page that is supposed to display it.

I'll have to keep an eye out for any more that don't show up, so we can try to figure out why not.

Thanks for the info!

Let me clarify a bit... Your flogging of the post DID show up, but my normal monitor page on my server didn't show the post in 'website' at all. There have been a few that have not shown up, so it seems as though there is some new "twist" to some of the spam. *sigh* Somehow they are getting "Breaking News" classification (Don't ask ME how!), and seem to slip by the monitor...

This is the mod page I use:

(At a usable size, of course...)

I only wander into Flagged Posts every now and then - mostly I watch my mod page info and use the "newposts" search.

Hope that made sense.

man, what i wouldn't give to be able to browse like that did you just create your own HTML rendering of the scionlife pages in question, or did you use a database connection?

anyhow... it looks like 'breaking news' IS an option in the dropdown for guests.

I just threw together some useful links and combined them with some pre-existing 'hooks' into ScionLife that Darren had set up. My stuff is just simple HTML to make a workable page. (I suspect there may even be more interesting hooks in ScionLife, but I don't know about them - I had to ferret these out...)

I've already referred the "Breaking News" problem to Darren, but I need to give him a link to this topic so he gets the whole thing.

Thanks for the info!

OK, fixed it. The mod page will show the breaking news items now.
