I cant say much about it, but it seems like a lot of ppl like falken tires. So might want to look into those.

I would check out some of the following tires which are in the same performance category as the Potenza RE 92's:
Bridgestone Potenza RE950's
Dunlop SP Sport A2's
Yokohama Avid H4S's
For better performance, I would consider the following:
Avon Tech M550's
Continental Extreme Contact's
Pirelli P-Zero Nero MS's
All of these can be reviewed and compared on our site by clicking on the link below.

I have tried the Bridgestone RE950's on my tC.. and no thanks.. too heavy of a tire, kind of noisy.. ride was rubbery..
If you want a decent tire with decent mileage.. I'd go with what I finally ended up with..
Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S.. works great.. better handling (sharper), better braking, sporty ride (not harsh), very quiet..
only drawback.. tires were a little "squirrely" for the first 200-300 miles as the tires broke in.. then everything has been fine.. they are rated for about 40,000 miles.. and nice thing is.. they're not as expensive as the bridgestones.. tire rack has these pirelli's for $116 (215/45-17)..
it's funny too.. scion is now providing these tires on the 18" TRD wheel optional package!! (well the summer version, not the all season Pzero Nero).. Yeah I can see why they picked these.. very very good with the tC!

I just put Falken ZE-512's on our Maxima (225-50-17) and they are a vast improvement over the stock RE-92's -- smoother, quieter, better turn-in, handling and traction. Can't beat them for $106/ea with free shipping from discounttiredirect.com, but I have been reading some good things about the Hankooks. There are better tires out there if you're willing to pay the premium (e.g., I'll be spending about $1100 soon to replace the Pilot Sports on my G35c), but this seems to be a really good all-around performance tire, and the Maxima is putting gobs more power and torque through them.
