^NOPE. Not on ours. The stock bushings is NOT needed and should NOT be reinstalled.

I have had this mod installed in my tc for over 3 months, and 15K miles driving with both, and this has been a great mod

. I did it with my brother in like 45 minutes for both the base bushings and the cable bushings (easy to do). It gives a very nice, solid and nothchy feel to the shifter and highly recommend the mod. Hell for $60 bucks you cant beat the price on the mod. Great quality product and no problems at all.

I'm about to place my order but I don't see the gunmetal andonized ones on the site? Or unless the only ones listed ARE of the gunmetal ones. Is there a price difference or should I add in the notes section of my order that I want the gunmetal ones?
