Helm may indeed be a secondary printer/distributor. My personal hard copies of Scion manuals came from TIS/MDC.

Hopefully Someone from Scion Corporate will reply tomorrow.
Printed copies of all Toyota, Scion, and Lexus service support information can be purchased directly from the Toyota Materials Distribution Center or MDC. The MDC stocks printed versions of most Toyota service information products, including legacy model information that is not available on this site.
Note: Certain inventory items are produced in limited quantities and may not be reprinted or reissued once initial inventory is depleted.
MDC telephone operators accept Visa and MasterCard credit card orders, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
To place orders please call 1-800-622-2033.

The repair manuals I have are for the 2004-2005 xB were printed in early 2003 - before the vehicle was even available - so I'm not sure who actually printed it, but it says that Toyota did. Maybe things have changed.
As far as MDC, yeah, you have about eight hours before they are awake. :o)

Hey EOIO3,
I checked with our Materials Distribution Center and the shop manuals are available for the 2011 Scion tC. You can either give them a call directly at 800-622-2033 to order a manual or visit www.techinfo.toyota.com . Hope this helps

Even as somewhat ragged used manuals, the official shop manuals for the original, now discontinued generation of Scions are still expensive, and new copies are not that different from what you show.
Nobody said they were cheap.

Jennifer,
I've been trying to order a rear hatch strut set P/N PT29A-21110-WW from TRDSparks.com. They are telling me that I need to provide Toyota with a VIN of tC with a rear wiper... I've got a shelf spoler to put on and I will glue on DynaMat (sound insulation) that is kind of heavy. I need the extra powerful hatch struts for that reason. It is not a mistake and I don't have a Scion tC with a rear wiper. I've tried to get it from Canada, but so far I can't make it happen. I also need these struts by March 15th...
Tell how I can make this happen within that time frame...
Thanks,
JJ

JJ, the quickest and easiest is to simply explain your problem here on ScionLife.com, and ask if you can "borrow" a VIN from someone who has the hatch with wiper, then tell Sparks you are buying the struts to work on that person's car and VIN.
It is easier to make friends here and get folks to help (if you haven't already riled them up) than it is to get a corporation to stick their neck's out and sell you a product against clear guidelines not to.
NOTE TO Timiesha@Scion: If you can find a way to get this done within the supply channel, that would be good. I'm sure JJ is not the only one who might need heavier struts than originally supplied.

I’ve already asked for VIN numbers…
My results…invalid numbers or no response.
Jennifer, that is what I’m telling you…TRD Sparks can’t order it without a VIN of a car with a rear wiper. I need those struts for the aforementioned reasons. Can you please make this happen for me? I have credit card in hand…to purchase it directly from Toyota…
Thanks for your help,
JJ

Hello
I've exhausted my research in trying to find the Optional Alpine Scion Video Cable. Its impossible to find even all the dealers have no clue how to get it. Alpine just says that have to order from the dealer only.
Looking to hook up a rear camera to my car. Anyway you can help with this?
Toyota Part Number: 7162162443 (Dealer says invalid part number)
Alpine Part Number: 001137162162443 MXTY913A01
(Not my pic)
