I don't know why everyone is judging this thing on its looks already. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. These are all just renderings. Even that picture in the link a few posts back doesn't mean anything at all - not to mention it's just a random rear quarter shot.

as long as they keep it FR layout, then it should be fine. theres no way itll look terrible. if the codename 086A is indeed the true name, then the reference to the hachiroku has to live up to its hype and theres no way Toyota will make it ugly because itll disappoint people.

I'm sure you're familiar the 84-87 Corolla, with the GT-S model being the most sought after. The chassis code for it is AE86. But for real I know for a fact this car's code is not 086A, it's BS. Just like the RWD Corolla that was to be brought back a decade ago.

I think the sketch is night and day better then the real picture (i know the actual car might be different but im just saying). I just really hope they come out with this car next year (or later this year atleast say when they will be comming out with the car). I surely will be ready to buy a new car next year and a lot of tc guys will be also. A lot of us have had our cars since 05-06 and a new car is in our close future.

New NEWS guys. Toyota and Subaru have both reported they're still 'on track' for the sports coupe's debut in 2011. The delayed introduction of the model till 2012 was a fabricated story according to both company's spokesperson's.
