I've had the same issue 'seem' to happen before, but then I realized I had an outlook rule set to route those messages to a folder and hide them.

the next issue is to post your email domain. (@domain.com)
if you are using a high-volume ISP, it's very possible that they are getting blocked as spam, considering they are sent from the server and not from a human.

the next thing that would be helpful woud be to go to one of the PM announcemnet emails, copy the exact headers, and post them. (do you know how to get the headers from an email?)

i gotcha. but i have hotmail. and i have it set so that if anything says scionlife then its not spam... or at least i think i do. i never once had a scionlife messge in my junk mail. and ive been on here for way over a year.

 

It has to be some type of spam filter or rejection. If the server is sending any emails then it is sending all emails. Try using a different email address (if you have one) and see if it works. Remember, if you change your email address on your account you can't login until you click on the link in a verification email to the new address. Email troy@scionlife.com if you would prefer to have it changed without the verification process.

 

I'm having the same problem

 

I am going to have my server tech look into it. One person makes sense, more than one does not... although you are both Hotmail users. Hmmm.

 

i just checked again. i dont have any spam blockser that i know of and i checked to make sure scionlife was on a list of users i know so that they dont get blocked. and it just started a couple days ago.

 

Hmmmmmm... If it is something that Hotmail is doing on a bulk basis, thinking that it's spam, or whatever, good luck getting any response from them.

(Working fine here, except for some legit mail server problems at my end that are being worked on by the 'server admins'...)

Yeah, my admin says nothing has changed on our end. I think it must be Hotmail.

 

yea its hotmail. cuz im using my school email now and its workin just sucks cuz my school email format sucks.

 

Yup.... it seems to be Hotmail. Email them and complain that your ScionLife.com emails are no longer reaching you and you want it fixed ASAP! If they get a few of these they just might do something about it.
