Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 10 KB.
if you don't know how to make a picture or take one to resize and edit using photoshop or something.... i would have to do it for you... since there's no hope if you don't know how...
haha.. j/k.. there's hope.. but it'll take forever to explain.

Go to your profile page by clicking the grey PROFILE button near the top-rigth side of the page.
Under "ALNCHBX's Vitals" you should see where your avatar SHOULD be displayed. If you click on that grey box you can upload a new avatar or select a standard one.
