That would help but it looks like I don't have access to post in any other forum locations including the tech forums. Which is why I joined in the first place. I need technical help.

I see what you are trying to do now. Allow me explain How this Site Works. When you 1st Join, you are Classified as a Jr. Member. That is indicated below your User Name.
A Jr. Member (New Member) does not have Full Access to the Site until you become a Regular Member.
A Regular Member is Define under the Membership Rules as having 15+ Relevant posts + 15 days membership.

A Jr. Member does not have Access to:

Read Tomas, Admin Emeritus Post: 'on becoming a full fledged SL Member'.

2. Please Check out the informative Stickys in the Header of this Forum HERE.

When you have Completed 15 + relevant posts, your Title under your User Name will change to 'SL Member', then you can Post in all the Forums.

Also if you were trying to Post in Tech and DIY Forum, that is the Wrong Forum. That Forum is for Members to Share Tech Tips and DIYs with other Members.

The Policy on this Site is to do a for your problem. Searching is Free and is available to non-members (Guests). The Difference is Non-Members cannot Posts in the Forums.
Only after you do a and cannot find an answer, then you Create a new Thread.
