Can we implement a search where you put the words in quotes and see resultsfor the wxact phrase instead of getting results for Scion AND xB if we type "Scion xB"?

 

The search is integrated into the forum software. The current software doesn't support Google-style searches, but the beta of the next-generation forum software has been released and I think it has a better search function. A little patience and things will improve.
