i did a search and couldn't come up with anything. i'm obviously new on this site so i don't know my way around yet. i tried to register my car twice so my avatar doesn't say im a future scion owner. especially when i've had mine for a year now.

well like i said i tried twice and nothing changes. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you hit update registry info?

 

1. Hit the Profile button near the top right of the page
2. Under the registry heading of your profile hit the ADD button
3. Complete the form and hit the submit button at the bottom

 

yep i did all of that and nothing happened. i'll try again though.

 

just tried again and it still isn't working.

 

Is it giving you any messages or errors? Or just not saving?

What fields are you filling items in? Did you fill in all the fields with the * next to them? They're required. Does the "Add New Registry Information" button at the bottom show up?

 

Yeah, I don't understand the "nothing happened" statement. SOMETHING has to happen. It might be an error or a blank page, but SOMETHING has to happen!

 

Oops, I think I know what happened. I made a small change to the registry script yesterday, and that caused an invisible error when adding a new car. What happens is the person fills out the information and hits 'add' and then is returned to their own profile but the car did not get added.

It works now, this case is closed!
