Here at this location there are no screws, no bolts, or silicone seal to remove. This is why I install black color RTV 100% to improve that corner imperfection. A cave man can do it!

The shiny silver part is the O2 extension. I was told that if my Catalytic Converter is not original will help the Computer to understand?

If will be used a 1.1 Kilo Ohm resistor/0.25 Watts, in parallel with those Oxygen sensors, can one adjust the uncomfortable failure code P 420 Bank 1? To pass the state inspection?

This is the throttle open. Here I use a small brush to clean the interior side. On the top area the coolant goes from one side to other. Those pipes was extremely clogged with rust inside. I even do not know if was a liquid interior circulation before cleaning.

The vacuum is done. After waiting like 20 minutes the gauge never change the position. This meaning that no leak in the system. It is ready to accept 1.09 Lb. of new r134a gas/oil. Too little or too much is not good!

This is the new Made in Japan compressor from e-bay. There is oil inside. First must remove those black color plugs. And use compressor green color oil to lubricate the connectors.

On the left side is a place with two little holes. May need to be covered with Gorila glue? or those are the vent for natural over pressure safety?

Scion xB 2004, 167K driving better than most new cars. Require little, or no maintenance. Great shape to be use in any situations, very friendly, even can provide shelter to a large Raccoon family in need.

After on back bumper damage, still is in good working (driving) conditions. I guess we need to learn how to avoid accidents caused by drivers intoxicated (so called self medicated).

I use this filter with full synthetic oil. No complaints. The interior of the engine will get cleaned in 2 - 3 years. Or faster if you drive every day long trips.

The end metal need to be clean. I do more by cleaning one inch inside from the top. Then use a long lasting lubricator film. Need just very little to help vacuum the gas tank when is closed. Must hear one click.
