Are tc parts year specific?
some are, most aren't.
05's don't have steering wheel audio controls.
06 and on have rotary ***** for volume on the radio
07-08 have different MAF sensors so you have to get an 07-08 specific intake or supercharger for them.
08 tc's have different headlights, tailights, and grills, and i think a stealth sub in the trunk.
also, the 08's have an adaptor for the upgraded indash navigation availiable from scion now.
that is about it i think...

engine parts for '07-'08 may differ.. as mentioned... different MAF, but also a different engine manifold/header.
exhausts should still fit, and any exterior body stuff are the same.
