I just ran into that problem myself. I was putting my CAI on and had to jack it up and this is the first time since I lowered it that I to jack it up. I'm used to air bags and just being able to lift it up and slide the jack under. I'll probably go to harbor freight and pick one up.

When mine was too low for the floor jack to fit under I just kept scrap 2X4s around to drive up on so the jack would slide under.

Get the GM GOODWRENCH PERFORMANCE PARTS LOW PROFILE 2 1/2 ton jack with the light!

i bought one today and it works awesome! im gonna change my into my summer shoes with it tomorrow :D

I bought some at a local auto shop here, but i went to walmart later and saw it for 50 bucks - really well made, comes with sockets and a lug wrench... and it has a built in LIGHT! haha

i bought a set of stands for 15 bucks at the same auto store, so jack and stands with a nice warranty = 65 bucks....

Costco sells low profile jacks for relatively cheap. My brother has it and it's BEEFY. It lifts the car with ease, and doesn't take much effort on your part as well.

If you're really low (like most people with coilovers or S-Techs), you'll still need to prejack. Just use a 2x4 wood piece and go from there.

Only problem I see with most "low profile" jacks is they do not have enough inward reach to keep from having to hit the side skirts. I jack mine up by the frame rails and not the rocker lip. I'll just stick with driving up on a couple 2X4s or use the rear towhook more offten for a jack point
