Default Sub - Woofer

Hello folks first time poster here. I picked up my 2005 "thunder cloud metalic" 5sp XB this past Monday! So far I love driving this thing but the factory stereo needs a little help.

What powered Subs work well in these cars? I was thinking about the NOS Bottle Bazooka but are there others that will work better? I want a self contained unit and don't want to fill the whole back end of the car. Plus I'd like it to be easily removable in case I need to haul something.

Thanks for the input in advance. Hope to talk with all of you some more in the future. This looks like a great forum.

I love the clean look of bazooka tubes. It means you don't want much but you want just enough bass. It does the job and will surely give you more than stock.

I've heard the infinity basslink works well, but have never actually heard it. One benefit is that it reportedly can fit under one of the front seats.

i would personly go with the infinity bass link. It is well made self contained unit. It has a built in amp and excepts line level or rca inputs. I use to sell them and bazooka bass tubs and prefure the infinity over the bazooka tubs.

Thanks for the input. I'll see if I can find one of the infinities to listen to. I've heard the bazookas before.
