Default amp not turning on

(i dont care if this is in some other post) haze me for it later.... but know my problem
i have a eclipse XA1000 amp with a kicker solo baric L5.... i worked great up untill last night.... when the amp cut out after about 10min... and then did not start working again till today then cut out again.... what do you guys think? is it the amp or the wiring ... possibly the battery.... i have the ESP form circuit city but they want to send it away for a couple weeks and i dont know what im gonna do with out the BOOM BOOM..... anybody have anything i can cheak....

check you fuses on the amp and if you have a fuse were it connects to the batterey

did that... there fine.... and even if they were blown... why would it sometimes turn on

is it overheating? does it go into protect mode or not turn on at all?

well... if i turned it up too lound it would go into protect mode... but to fix that all that required was it to be turned off then on... but this is different.... it wont turn on at alll. just a couple of times.

the hot wire and the grounds are good... but what about the remote wire... if that was loose maybe thats why? behind the HU

ok.... so i just started up my car and the amp turned on.... this is whats driving me crazy becuase i probaly going to cut out again... its so ramdom.... i know its not safe mode.... but do you guys think its the amp its self or just some faulty wiring or possibly the battery

I had a similar problem, my fuse was loose in the holder.

overheating, improper ground, loose wires. Something simple that's overlooked. Make sure everything is secure and the grounds are exposed to NONpainted metal. Also, be sure to give the amp proper room to cool down too.

I've been stumped for hours at one point and it turned out to be something so simple even though my setup has been working perfectly for months, then all of a sudden work intermittently. Again, check your work thouroughly.

fuses... i replaced them and now it works.... but they dont apear blown... weird
