I dont know alot about fujita, any feedback from guys here?.. how it is compared to injen?

 

I personally have the injen and i love it. I don't have any experience with the fujita though.

However, no one intake is gonna give significant power gains over another...personally I think it comes down more to looks. The pipe is bigger on the injen though and its a little harder to install than most intakes.

But yeah..IMO it almost comes down to what you think looks better

 

yah i know, i just want it 2 sound nice but more importantly not throw a CEL>.. did yours throw 1?

 

I've had both Injen and Fujita (Currently Injen)

Injen
Pros-Bigger piping, can be converted to short ram
Cons-CAI pipe is very hard to install, oiled filter

Fujita
Pros-Easier Install, T-Bolt clamps, Dry flow filter
Cons-Smaller piping, can't be converted to short ram, and it rubbed against the fender.

Injen-

I haven't had any problems with my injen other than it vibrating against the frame of my car where it sits :/..its comes with a rubber piece to put around the hole but that piece is a PITA to install and when you do get the intake through it knocks it out..

Doctor Isotope makes a panel for it but I lost the bolt the panel came with..so it still vibrates but it doesn't mess up my intake lol

i had both injen and fujita. i like the fujita better. the way it sounds, everything. and it's easier to install too! and cheaper!

 

i have a fujita (have had for over a year) and like it. like the one guy said it rubs against the one part of the fender; but i got the doc-i cover that prevents that from happening now.

 

i got the fujita in mine.

you can also go with the HomeDepot intake.

PVC pipe and a coffee filter held on with a rubberband.

Will match with the HD lip kit


between the two, the main difference is looks. either one works

 

you could buy my hps (injen copy) and save some green. not too much difference from one intake to another.
