Default Car newbie - TRD Springs

Hey guys,

I don't know much about cars at all. If I bought the TRD springs do you also have to buy the shocks or do anything else? Could I just go to the dealer and ask them to put springs on the car? How much would it cost?

My car does kind of feel like its floating like a boat rather than driving like a car sometimes. It's a little aggravating. Would this be fixed by buying the springs?

Thanks a lot!

you dont neccessarily have to get the shocks, but it would help.
dealers usually charge a lot for the installation, you're better off doing it yourself.

you dont need the shocks unless you want the harsher ride.

i'm guessing your not a weekend track warrior or anything so shocks would be overkill

I agree also, Replaceing the struts is not needed for the trd springs. I have heard nothing but good things about the TRDs. And I myself have installed them without replacing teh struts and have heard no complaints.

yeah since your car is still very new, just install the springs for now.
