He said he'd send me a new ballast if i mailed the defective one. A couple weeks later, i send an email asking if he sent out the new ballast yet since the tracking code on the defective ballast said he had received it.
No reply, I sent 2 more emails in the course of 2 weeks and still no reply... :tap:
Guess I'm going to take my business elsewhere!!!

i found a cheapo site that has a whole hid kit for 40 bucks...i'll just get that and keep my 2 bulbs and 1 remaining ballast for spares.

He has been keeping touch with me very well with my issue's I have been having and replacing parts I have needed. Just be persistent!

try calling him, his number is on his site, just make sure u call him during business hours, i had the same issue and i called him and he took care of it that day

meh oh well. i give up. i took the ballasts out of my dodge stealth since im getting rid of the car soon.
