Default Yet another warrenty question....

I am having an issue with my tC and I am going to take it to the dealer sometime soon.....I was just wondering how they know if my TRD parts were installed at a dealer or not? Does Toyota have a database of all warrenty work performed on a VIN?

Thanks for the help!

Yes, toyota has a database of all the work they did on your car. So it will be pretty easy for them to see your TRD springs. i am not sure, but they might not repair anything related to it without u paying for it.

That's why they charge you so much when it comes to installation. Because you are also paying to keep your warranty.

you VIN# carries all details of the vehicle and it's accessories. Good luck if you have a after market part good bad or if you had a part go bad the could have been damaged even remotely by a after market part.

Good Luck......
