I read somewhere that for 08 tC's you need to get 07 tail light harnesses to properly run anzo tail lights. I was just wondering if this was true or not cuz i was looking to buy anzos but don't feel like forkin out the money for new harnesses

 

Yes you do, or else the reverse light won't fit.

 

dang that really sucks. . . but your telling me that everything else will work except the light that comes on when im in reverse?

 

Regardless...you are still going to need that.

 

Yep, I bought Anzo's and had created a thread about it as well. You will have to do a little modifying if you want the reverse lights to fit (Become friends with a Dremel). I got mine to fit, albeit with a little duck tape, but everything works fine. Everything works, plug and play except for the reverse lights.

 

so witterm after you dremeled and duck taped everything did you get the reverse lights to work?

 

Yeah, they work fine. They will work fine because the harness connecting the tail lights to the car has the correct wiring and all, just not the reverse light harness to attach the light to the tail fits right. Hope that makes sense, if it doesn't let me know.
