Well i went to autozone and yes they still had for my honda prelude the LED bulbs for my tail lights :) .......anyway


I went there to research about xa Led bulbs and i took one just to try and yes it does work but the bulb is kinda big so it cant fit into the housing ....so u have to do like custom "cut the rounding" ................

so if somebody knows how to get away with cutting etc and still have led tail lighs that would be awsome :lalala:

what bulb is it? pricing? that sounds really cool, i want more info too... sounds like a good project

You can get the correct light codes for the entire car at:

Select the appropriate car. . .

Then just order led's that approximate the light number your replacing.

Well yeah if you go to autozone or any other parts shop ........just go to bulbs section you will see they look the same but just that the bulb it self its too big to go in the tail light........

for me it worked while the bulb was outside the taillight housing .........so the only thing we need is the same Led bulb but little bit smaller........so it can go in............

yesterday on ebay i found this !! but duno if its working

Maybe you might want to email the seller to see what size bulbs those are , and from there you can figure out if it will fit inside the tail light housing.

i have led taillight bulbs in my car. The Scions are wired differently than most cars, so the polarity will be backwards on one filament. I had to do some custom wiring to make them work. Its not a simple mod.

that's why i was searching for the same led bulb as mine is inside the car...........7443 ...........
