L7 Kicker Sub
So I'm running on a Scion 06 tC with ;
Boss 850 watt amp
L7 12" kicker.
It turns on and runs just fine.
But I'm having trouble with some static noises..
Could it possibly be the wiring behind the head unit or maybe just the fuse?..
Any suggestions or solutions would be helpful!

are your interconnect wires good quality?
are they run on the opposite side of the car from the power?
and check to make sure your ground is perfect
also, is it your speakers or sub that has static?

What twitchion said.
Also you could check the power connection from the battery. But first make sure you have a very solid ground. Did you shave off the paint so that the ground is tightly against the metal frame of the car and not the paint?

yes, make sure the amp is properly grounded. make sure you do not run the interconnects with the power wire. usually what i would do is run the power wire along the driver side panel, and run the interconnects on the passenger side. this will help eliminate interference.
